What is VirtuaFit?

A platform to help guide you through your fitness journey without the need of ever stepping a foot inside the gym. You will have unlimited access to various workouts with detailed instructions to do anywhere, including your own home, with a variety of different exercises to target different muscle groups.

Can I watch workouts more than once?

Yes, you will have unlimited access to all of our home workout videos. There is no limit to how many times you can view it as long as you have an active subscription.

What do I need to do home workouts?

All you need is enough space to move around and lay down. About 6 x 6 feet is recommended. Stay hydrated before, during and after your workout.

Are the workouts suitable for all ages?

The workouts are suitable for anyone above the age of 17. In addition, in case of recent injury please consult a doctor first and always listen to what your body is telling you.

How can I play work outs on my Smart TV?

It is possible to connect via your chrome enabled devices and cast it on your Smart TV. Alternatively, if you are viewing from a laptop, you can also display the home workout via an HDMI cable.

Do I need to start over if I skipped one or more weeks?

We recommend to keep consistent to see the best results. However, it is not necessary to start over if you did not have time to do a workout. Exercise whenever and wherever you want!
